We trim the outer fat and remove the sinew and the silver and do not charge you extra for this premium processing. Since we began to offer our beef and steak online, our company has expanded to satisfy an even larger audience of beef, pork, poultry, sausage and seafood lovers.

Located in Cattle Country between Kansas City and Omaha, Fairbury Steaks has been providing hand-cut steaks, prime rib, filet mignon and pork chops to local restaurants and patrons for decades. Due to popular demand, we created a place to obtain steak online to accommodate our growing number of clients. In addition to our filet mignon, and prime rib cuts, we have recently added pork and seafood options to better satisfy our online customers. All of our orders are custom packaged and made to order to suit our customers’ individual steak, pork and seafood needs.
